Well priced and good quality hotel, would stay again.

Excellent quality hotel, clean and comfortable in terms of bedding and room configuration. Good range of food options and very reasonably priced downstairs.

Rooms were extremely hot. As it’s a little out of town and away from ski resort, would be good to have the shuttles run a few more times per day.

Great place to relax and ski

The hotel has several restaurants inside. You definitely need a car if you want to have some freedom but they provide also a complimentary shuttle bus for skiing. The hotel is great and you have every possible comfort including pool and sauna.

OK for a winter stay if all you want to do is ski. (Eat at the ski slopes).

The hotel is a little isolated - a 30min walk to the nearest town, but there is a small convenience store and some small restaurants in the hotel complex. The free shuttle bus from the railway station ( 30 min drive) and to and from the ski slopes (15 min drive) was great. The staff in the hotel ski gear rental shop were very helpful and the rates definitely cheaper than at the slopes for gear and lift tickets.

We didn't try the hotel breakfast due to the cost. The choice of food in the restaurants in the hotel basement was poor. The room had a hotplate and microwave but no crockery, cutlery or cooking pans.

Maybe very good hotel in summertime but below average in winter.

It's a good 4* hotel and in the summer season it deserves maximum rating. We travelled by car and there was always a parking place available inside of the building. Hotel has self service laundry and dryers (which can be useful for wet clothes after snowboarding), it has ski rental shop on site with a variety of ski but very few options for snowboard riders and quite decent quality clothes. Though the prices are approx 10% higher than in the similar shops outside. Hotel has convenient shop (CU mart) on B1 level which is very useful. Beds were very comfy, are WiFi was fast, bathroom was clean and modern.

The biggest downside of this hotel (and why we would not choose it in case we go again in winter) is the air-conditioning system. It has a good Aircon system but in winter it keeps the air in the room at 26 C. It can't be turned off. If it's too hot for you to sleep you have only one option - open the window. Then the temperature in the night can become too cold (we had to close it) after that we woke all wet because too hot in the room - open again and so on. Aircon is also trying to make it 26 all the time - when the window is open a bit, it workes with more power to warm up the room up to 26 again. Very very uncomfortable Aircon system and thus the worst stay during our South Korea trip. Despite all the advantages of this hotel. Besides, fat man seller in the CU mart tried to cheats us by adding the number of few products more than we actually bought (you'd better check you sales receipts carefully counting how many of each product you bough and how many are in the receipt).

My stay was wonderful. I got a really quality stay for an affordable price. I was satisfied.

The sauna and coffee shop were my favorites.

I wished the hotel restaurant was open for dinner. Also, the shuttle should run more often from the ski resorts.

Nice hotel with lots amenities

Clean and nice rooms with a lot of facilities, including gym, laundry, convenience store, and a sauna. Friendly staff and the shuttle buses help get to the ski resorts.

It is a bit far from the ski resorts or the town. So difficult to go out and have dinner unless you drive or take a taxi.

good hotel to travel aound Pyeoungchang and other city

The hotel is located quite close to the center, where we were able to reach out the most famous tourist places in 20 min. wifi works well, staff were also kind to all matters we faced.

The cleaning was not satisfactory where the toilet was not cleaned well and we asked cleaning one more time. The swimming pool was under reparation, which was not informed on the booking site, so we were not able to use them at all. The quality of breakfast was quite poor compared to the price.

Value, Location, Friendliness, Quietness are all good. Bed needs improvement though.

The location, facility, staff, price were all good.

The room felt a bit too small for me. And the bed was not comfortable for me. I couldn't sleep well and so didn't feel rested unfortunately. If the bed were much more comfortable, I would stay there again because everything else was good. But without the upgraded improvement in bed comfort, unfortunately I probably would not stay there again.

Good value good location. nice place to rest your head.

Easy check in and check out. easy to get to and away from the city. nice view of the mountains.

The room was nice but there were many cosmetic issues. Tape on walls, spackle to do quick touch ups etc. many stains on walls, robes were not clean from previous guests. my room wasn't made up for two of the days I stayed.

Great location for any trip to the Olympic Village!

I liked the modern lobby, rental equipment for skiing was in the lobby. Restaurants and a CU on a lower level made things very convenient.

parking was very tight. not enough spaces.

Staff was very professional and hospitable! Beds could be more comfortable; however, overall good.

Location was great and a lot to do around the area!

The beds were not comfortable. would like to have more comfortable beds in the future. planning to stay this weekend.
